3 days of freshness: Keeps three meals fresh for up to 3 days.

Semi-conductor cooling technology: Keeps wet food chilled at a cool 10°C or below. Once food is added, the Polar feeder chills the wet food to its flavor and freshness. Thirty minutes prior to each scheduled feeding, the cooling effect is paused to allow the upcoming meal to be served at the right temperature.

Note: The Polar feeder should be placed in a cool spot in the house out of direct sunlight (where the ambient temperature is ideally below 30°C).

Made for cats: Extra-wide feeding trays allow for easy eating without whisker fatigue. Paw shield technology prevents your greedy cats from getting to their meals in advance!

Anti-pinch sensor: Smart sensor on the sides of the opening prevents any accidents. The lid will stay open as long as your pet is eating or nearby. If a pet is detected while the lid is closing, it will instantly stop and retract.

Pest-proof and easy to clean: Tight seal cover over the opening prevents any unwanted pests from getting to your cats’ meals. Removable plates made of BPA-free material, coupled with a general smooth surface with no minimal gaps make for easy cleaning.

Smart app control: Manage mealtimes on your smartphone app. Android and Apple compatible. Same app as the Dockstream water fountains.

Customized feeding time: Set up a customized schedule and control how long a meal is available for (1minute up to 4 hours).

Note: The recommended meal duration is 1 hour (max 2 hours) to prevent risk of bacteria growth in wet food.

12-hour power outage protection: Feeding schedule continues for 12 hours during power outages with the backup battery power source. (Batteries not included.)

Care: Wash serving plates with warm soapy water with scentless detergent. Wipe down the outside of the Polar feeder regularly with a wet cloth, and the inside with a dry cloth. The refrigeration area cannot be washed directly. Remove any uneaten food within 72hours/3 days.
